Details have been posted for the 2009 annual show

The Cornwall District Kennel Club was formed in 1974.

The goals and objectives of the Club are to:

1. To encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred dogs and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.
2. To develop educational programs as part of the Club's activities and provide Club members with opportunities to increase their knowledge of purebred dogs.
3. To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of breeds as approved by the Canadian Kennel Club as the premier standard of excellence.
4. To do all in its power to protect and advance the interest of the breeds and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at conformation shows, field trials and tests, and obedience trials.
5. To conduct, where possible, sanctioned and approved events under the rules of the Canadian Kennel Club and to abide by the principles of the Canadian Kennel Club Code of Ethics.
6. Our annual 4 All Breed Championship Dog Shows are always held during the Labour Day weekend beginning on Friday preceeding Labour Day and ending Labour Day afternoon.
7. The Club shall be operated on a non-profit basis. Any resulting surplus shall not be used to the benefit of any member of the Club.
